Rick’s technical background spans several areas of civil engineering, including roadway design, traffic engineering, stormwater management, sanitary sewer and water systems, and DNR facilities including parks and trails. KL Engineering provided the design and construction oversight of the Lower Yahara River Trail Phase 2 and Fish Camp County Park improvements.
