A ribbon-cutting was held on October 4 for the WIS 23 reconstruction project near Fond du Lac. The new road expands WIS 23 to a four-lane divided highway with new interchanges improving mobility and safety. KL Engineering is proud to have provided the construction engineering services for this beneficial project.
