KL’s John Mueller was on site with a construction crew at 4:30 am doing an emergency repair of the CTH OO bridge in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. A ribbon-cutting was held on October 4 for the WIS 23 reconstruction project near Fond du Lac. The new road expands WIS 23 to a four-lane divided highway with new interchanges improving mobility and safety.
