Jesse Schreiner will share ‘Construction Lessons Learned’ about unique issues and the importance of collaboration from the Fish Hatchery Road project in Fitchburg. Brad Halvensleben and Dan Ryan will share insight on ‘Diverging Diamond Interchanges (DDI)’

KL’s Josh Mercier led a presentation ACEC Wisconsin’s virtual 2021Civil 3D Workshop about using open-source data in design.

Matt Regnier presented at the 1st annual district meeting for the newly aligned Great Lakes ITE District. This socially distanced in-person event was well attended allowing Matt to share insights on mini-roundabout design best practices with a large audience!

KL’s Jake Joyal and WisDOT’s Ahmet Demirbilek presented at the Smart City Lighting Summit yesterday. This international virtual conference helped attendees better understand how to build a smart infrastructure network from scratch. Jake and Ahmet’s presentation shared the ongoing statewide LED retrofit project in Wisconsin, which is resulting in significant reductions in energy use, less
