Congratulations to Josh Wilber and Kevin Konyn on your 2025 promotions! Josh has been managing KL’s traffic data collection team for the past 6 years. He has also served on our survey and construction inspection teams during his 22 years at KL. He is now a Senior Technician IV in our Design Support Services team.
