Our HR team has been hard at work interviewing staff to help grow our KL Family! Karin Cretney is being promoted to Senior Project Leader for Human Resources. Congratulations to Josh Wilber and Kevin Konyn on your 2025 promotions! Josh has been managing KL’s traffic data collection team for the past 6 years. He has also served on our survey and construction inspection teams during his 22 years at KL. He is now a Senior Technician IV in our Design Support Services team.

Two members of our Survey team are being promoted! Matt Lee joined KL 6 years ago after a decade in the industry. He is a professional with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a great team player. He is now a Surveyor V on our Design Support Services team. Justin Staudt has 7 years

Four of our engineers have now reached the Engineer II level in their early careers. Tyler Hagemeier holds himself to a high standard while also balancing making work enjoyable. He’s worked on both design and construction projects during his 2 years at KL. Morgan Nolan is hardworking and meticulous when it comes to her projects.

We have 3 staff who were promoted to Engineer III status on our Infrastructure Services team! Shelby Haag started with us as an intern, giving her a head start in her career, and now has 2.5 years of post-college experience. She works in our Traffic group, analyzing traffic data, modeling alternatives, and designing for safety.
