KL Engineering attended the grand opening of the CTH C Trail this past Saturday — a spectacular kickoff for Bike-to-Work week. In an effort to maintain social distancing, Kenosha County representatives handed out blue ribbons to all attendees as a memento, in lieu of a traditional ribbon cutting.
