KL has been using Green Box composting services in our Madison office for the past year. During that time, we have diverted 636 pounds of food waste from the landfill! From a greenhouse gas equivalency standpoint, our composting efforts are equivalent to 4.2 urban tree seedlings grown for 10 years. These composting efforts are also

KL’s Karen Richardson, Bill Biesmann, Chad Halverson, and Brad Halvensleben volunteered at Bikes for Kids Wisconsin last week. This organization gives away over 2000 bikes each Spring! Our team had a great time helping clean and make minor mechanical adjustments to the bikes that have been donated. Bikes are still needed! Check out their website

They provided first year students an idea of the variety of different work they can seek within the realm of Engineering Technology.
