This week Chris Halverson joined KL as a Senior Technician within our electrical team. He will help support a variety of lighting, electrical, and utility projects in both design and construction. Congratulations to Andy Simon! He just received his Engineer In Training (EIT) designation this week. Andy has worked in our Madison office on our Infrastructure Services team for over a year now. Certification as an EIT is an important step closer to becoming a fully credentialed Professional Engineer. We celebrate your accomplishment, Andy!

For three semesters, Bill Biesmann has volunteered as a mentor for the students in UW-Madison’s senior Capstone Course. In this role, Bill assists groups of students as they develop a real work project from the proposal stage to final design. He enjoys working with these young aspiring engineers, and through this experience learns to motivate

This fall, KL’s Director of Infrastructure Services Aaron Steger coached Verona’s 7th grade football team. The boys finished the season with a 5-2-1 record. “I truly appreciate the opportunity to have a positive impact on my kids’ and their friends’ character growth and development,” says Steger. His influence surely is positive, and his personal connection
