Cole Cunningham joins us as an Electrical Intern based out of our Madison office. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at UW-Platteville, Cole brings hands-on construction experience, technical troubleshooting skills, and customer service experience, along with engineering, calculus, and chemistry coursework. We are excited to expand our marketing team with the addition of Rachel Gerlach-Matt. She brings extensive experience in content development, proposal writing, technical writing, and marketing communications. Her background includes collaborating with engineering teams on proposal development, creating strategic content, and managing a variety of marketing initiatives. In her role, Rachel will support proposal
