KL Engineering encourages interns to explore their interests, which often evolve over multiple seasons with us. As our interns continue learning and growing, they gain more opportunities to focus on the areas they’re most passionate about.
Alli Kohlstedt, who has been part of our team for several seasons, embraced new challenges this summer. She shared:
“I really enjoyed exploring new aspects of design this summer! One highlight was working on a feasibility study for a trail project, where I learned how different design choices can be made to meet specific project requirements.”
