We are welcoming multiple new engineers to KL Engineering! After putting in their time as interns, these talented individuals will join us full-time starting this week.
Hope Archer began her journey with KL as an intern in Fall 2023, shortly after starting her undergraduate program at Madison College. Throughout her schooling, she has been a dedicated member of the Madison office, working closely with Josh Wilber. Hope recently graduated from Madison College with a Civil Engineering Technology certificate. She is currently working on obtaining her drone flight certification (FAA) and is an active member of WTS. Hope is transitioning to the role of Civil Engineering Technician I in our Madison office.
Kayla Roffers first embarked on her internship in May of 2023, focusing on construction with Brett Vissers on HWY 64 during the summer. Her second internship began in May of 2024, on the traffic team at the Green Bay office. Her traffic internship continued throughout the school year until her graduation this April from Michigan Tech. Kayla will be joining our Green Bay office as a Traffic Engineer, working closely with Kevin Wehner.
Ella Imhoff started as an intern in January 2025 and graduated from UW Platteville in May. She will be joining KL as a Traffic Engineer, collaborating with Kevin Wehner. Ella has recently spent time sharing her undergraduate research at University of Wisconsin Systems Research at the Rotunda, where she and her team outlined what they learned while studying abroad in the Netherlands in 2024.
Matt George began his internship in January 2025 and is a recent graduate of UW Platteville. He will be joining KL as a Design Engineer in the Madison office, working with Josh Mercier. Matt is excited to start his professional journey with KL alongside his fellow graduates.
