It’s International Women in Engineering Day! We celebrate the achievements of women engineers and encourage greater gender diversity in engineering. #INWED2025 is a global initiative that highlights the contributions of women in shaping the future of STEM.
As efforts to promote equity in engineering grow, it’s vital to build teams that include many voices. When asked about how engineers can think of the future of their profession, Gabrielle Jones shared, “Being open and flexible to changing situations and technologies can keep us moving forward. An important aspect of being an engineer is staying up to date on changing technologies, and determining how we can leverage everyone’s talents during projects.”
