KL’s Joshua Melby and Elizabeth Reis from CORRE will be presenting “Rebuilding USH 14:
Navigating a Small Town Reconstruction Project” on March 11th at 8:30am. Attendees will learn about the challenges presented throughout this recently completed downtown urban roadway reconstruction project in the City of Westby, WI and how the team overcame them. Through real project examples, the presentation will explore how constrained right-of-way, aging utilities, multimodal demands, and business access requirements were balanced, while maintaining traffic and construction progress.
