Hands Only CPR Demonstrations at Madison Office

Thursday of last week Brianna Demotto from the American Heart Association was in the Madison office to conduct a few CPR demos and spread the word about the AHA Heart Walk happening this fall. Empowering folks with the skill of hands only CPR is an important goal. “70% of out of hospital cardiac arrests happen in the home, so chances are when you are called on to perform [hands only CPR], you could be saving someone you love. The AHA wants to ensure that in the face of of a cardiac emergency everyone is prepared and empowered to step in an become a vital link in that chain of survival.
