Finishing the Year with a Finished Project

The KL team responsible for designing the Central Segment of the IH 39/90 corridor return to visit the completed project. They are standing in the median of the Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at the crossing of IH 39/90 & STH 26 in Janesville, Wisconsin. The IH 39/90 corridor was reconstructed from Illinois State Line to Madison — a project that took 7 years to design, 8 years to construct at over $300 million, and was finally complete in November 2021. #GreatWayToEndTheYear
