The project is a Phase II Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) Report that involves completing alternative analysis for potential reconfigurations of the intersection to address safety problems. Options include various displaced left turns and potential access restrictions to make it easier for drivers to safety select gaps when entering the intersection.
