Samantha Herheim’s volunteer work for Door County Trails was highlighted in their recent newsletter. They shared that her knowledge of trail strategy, design, and funding requirements is invaluable. Sam is a Discipline Leader at KL and her project contributions help make the vision of a connected, accessible, and safe multi-use trail system a reality on a regular basis. “I am passionate about trails because they make connections—to nature, to destinations, and between neighborhoods and communities,” she says.
