Many thanks to the City of Madison for entrusting KL Engineering with the design of Garver Path. This path connects the Capital City Trail, Garver Feed Mill, Starkweather Drive, O.B. Sherry Park, and Milwaukee Avenue with a combination of shared driveway/walkway/bikeway, new and reconstructed paths, and bridges. The after photo shows the beginning of the one-way conversion on Starkweather Drive, new bridge over Starkweather Creek, and path to the Garver Feed Mill, which has a connection to the Capital City Trail.
