What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or expected within 6 months).
  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; internship or co-op experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office; self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Mindset: Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Internship or co-op experience in civil/site/utility design.
  • Exposure to stormwater management design tools such as HydroCAD or WinSLAMM.
  • Previous experience working with waterfront facilities including boat launches, marinas and trails along waterways.
  • Interest and experience civil site design for renewable energies and electric vehicle charging.
  • Familiarity with land development and municipal design procedures.
  • Knowledge of Federal and state standards, policies and procedures.
