Matt George and Caleigh Cleary, two of our emerging engineers, recently attended a WTS event featuring a panel of professionals at various stages of their careers. Panelists shared valuable insights into their career paths, highlighting the experiences, challenges, and lessons that have shaped their journeys.
Reflecting on the event, Caleigh shared, “The panelists discussed obstacles they faced, why it is important to be involved in organizations, and offered advice on a wide range of topics, including career flexibility and how to gracefully accept criticism. It was very helpful, and I got a lot out of the event.”
Following the discussion, attendees had the opportunity to network, build new professional connections, and engage with peers who share similar interests and career goals.
