2023 NASECA Conference

KL’s Bill Biesmann took the stage yesterday at the NASECA Annual Conference. He shared insight on the Elroy-Sparta State Trail repairs required to restore America’s first #RailsToTrails project. The 2018 storms damaged 22 miles of trail, effected 35 bridge structures, and caused landslides like the one pictured here. Andy Haffele from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) co-presented.
