More Promotions

Congratulations to Jake Joyal, Brandon Mackesey, and Kevin Wehner on their recent promotions to Project Engineer status! All three of these gentlemen have 6 years of experience. Jake and Brandon joined KL in 2013 and Kevin in 2015. Jake is a traffic engineer specializing in lighting. Brandon is a transportation designer with some construction oversight experience. Kevin is a designer in our traffic engineering department.
