KL Engineering completed the design for this 1.5-mile rural-to-urban roadway project. Following multiple phases of work, the Syene Road Reconstruction was officially opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony in November. Each improvement incorporated into the project is intended to enhance safety and support smoother travel for drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
