We are excited to welcome Todd Halvensleben to KL Engineering! He joins us as a Project Leader III on our Infrastructure Services team in the Madison office.
Todd is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Iowa and brings more than 30 years of experience in municipal infrastructure, land development, trails and recreation facilities, and transportation projects. His experience includes project management, municipal engineering design, construction administration, public funding coordination, and client and team leadership.
Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has extensive experience leading projects from planning and design through construction.
