Luciano Celis joins our Infrastructure Services team in Pewaukee as an Engineer I. A recent UW-Milwaukee graduate, Luciano earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation Engineering. His background includes supporting large-scale construction and water treatment projects through project coordination, documentation review, site inspections, and project management support. Luciano is also fluent in both Spanish and English. Congratulations, Luciano, and welcome to the KL Family!
