Joining our Infrastructure Services team in the Menomonie office as an Engineer I, Garrett Swan recently graduated from UW-Platteville with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an emphasis in construction engineering. Garrett brings hands-on experience in construction inspection, project coordination, field documentation, and residential construction, along with technical experience using Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro, and Bluebeam.
