We are excited to welcome Bill Hove, PE, SE to KL Engineering as a Senior Technical Leader – Infrastructure Services. Bill will be working within our structures team in our Madison office. He brings 30 years of structural engineering experience. Bill is both a UW-Madison (Civil Engineering) and UW-Platteville (Building Construction Management) alum.
