Welcome Back, Ryan Wheeler!

We welcome Ryan Wheeler back to our Menomonie office for his second summer internship with KL! This year he will be working in the field doing construction observation on our IH 94 project. Ryan is pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
