Today we’re featuring Jack Hafemann. Jack was promoted to Engineer IV this year and is on our Infrastructure Services team. He works out of our Madison office.
We asked Jack about a transformative moment in his career, and had this to share:
“One of the most important moments in my early career was realizing that perfection is not the goal. Technical mistakes will happen, but what matters most is taking ownership, staying curious, and using each experience as an opportunity to improve. That mindset shift changed how I approach problems and how I define success in my work.”
