Tim Held has been part of our Design Support Services team for 10 years! He is a Senior Surveyor IV in our Madison office. We congratulate Tim on this milestone anniversary and we asked him what he has found most impactful about his time with us. Tim shared this:
“My experience at KL has been especially meaningful because of the people who believed in me from the very beginning. I’m sincerely grateful to our founder, Kim Lobdell, for taking a chance on someone with no prior right-of-way plat experience and giving me the opportunity to grow into this role. The trust and support I’ve received over the years have shaped not only my career, but also my confidence in the work I do each day. Looking back on the past 10 years, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and appreciative of everyone who has been part of that journey.”
