KL’s Morgan Nolan recently participated on a panel hosted by the group UW-Stout Women in Construction and found it very valuable.
“The panel covered a wide range of topics—from how each of us chose a career in construction to how we’ve found mentors along the way.” She also shared,” I really enjoyed sharing advice I received when I was starting my own job search, as well as some insights I wish I had known back then. It’s inspiring to see so many women excited about entering the field, and it’s especially encouraging to see growing interest in construction.”
