Shelby Hiltgen – Passed PE Exam!

Congratulations to Shelby Hiltgen for passing her Professional Engineer exam! Shelby started as an intern at KL, then officially joined our Madison Traffic team upon graduation last year. Once she has 4 years of experience, she can start using those glorious initials (PE) after her name! Only 3 years to go! We celebrate this huge accomplishment, Shelby!
