This week is National Construction Appreciation Week! This year’s theme is “Building America Together.”
A successful project takes dedication, resilience, and collaboration from many team members. Some projects take a few months, while others may take years. Morgan Nolan, an Engineer II on our construction team in Menomonie, Wisconsin, has been part of a complex three year long reconstruction project on IH 94 that is wrapping up this fall.
“There are a lot of odds and ends to follow up on,” Morgan said. “Construction can be very unpredictable with all its moving parts, but everyone is very diligent.”
When asked what she loves most about working at KL Engineering on our construction team, Morgan shared, “Our team is very collaborative, which is necessary to solve problems when they arise. I love working on my team!”
