KL’s Kim Rymer is an experienced, enthusiastic marketing professional with an attention to detail that is tough to match. This weekend was the 115th annual International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme was “Give to Gain.” Today, we would like to highlight Kim as a valued member of our team. When we asked what she thought of this year’s theme, Kim had this to share:
“The International Women’s Day theme, “Give To Gain,” reflects how generosity and collaboration shape meaningful work. I rely on the support of a Marketing team that shares ideas freely and steps in when workloads stretch, keeping our work moving forward. Through collaboration with colleagues across the firm, including our engineers, I continue to deepen my understanding of civil engineering and translate that work into engaging stories, clear proposals, and accessible messaging that connects people to our projects. That shared support builds trust, strengthens our work, and shows that when we give our time, expertise, and encouragement to one another, everyone gains.”
