“We’ve always been big on team building and getting to know your peers in outside functions. We did a marathon relay in Green Bay with five of us, which was a lot of fun. We’ve also been in a city basketball league – even won a championship one year. It’s always building that teamwork, both at work and outside of work, where sometimes your peers become more friends than just coworkers. It builds on that family feel we have here.”
