Fish Fry 2025

Our Menomonie team wrapped up their E-Week celebration with a fish fry! Chris Ehlert and his son catch these fish all winter long then fry them up for the team before they head back out for the construction season. Eric Hoel made his famous tartar sauce to accompany it and there were fixings for fish tacos as well. It was delicious!
