KL Engineering designed the 0.75 mile section of STH 11 / Racine Street, including the interchange (pictured) with IH 39 in the City of Janesville. The project also included a multi-use path, sidewalk, bike lanes, and Park and Ride lot. #EngineersMakeItHappen
