They meet challenges by learning on the job and sharing their knowledge with one another.
Aaron Passow is an Engineer V on our Madison, Wisconsin construction team. When asked about what working on the construction team means to him, he shared that learning opportunities are what make the job great. “Something I am proud of is our continued growth as individuals and as a team. As each project presents difficulties, we are given an opportunity to learn something new and widen our horizons.”
Aaron also values connecting with other team members about lessons learned on the job site. “Sharing the knowledge I’ve gained on the job with my team and hearing what they have learned throughout the season is always rewarding.”
