Biesmann Mentors Future Engineers

For three semesters, Bill Biesmann has volunteered as a mentor for the students in UW-Madison’s senior Capstone Course. In this role, Bill assists groups of students as they develop a real work project from the proposal stage to final design. He enjoys working with these young aspiring engineers, and through this experience learns to motivate them and interact with them in new ways.

We celebrate all the ways our staff give back to our community and will be featuring a post each week for the rest of the year as part of American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Wisconsin’s #EngineersGiveBack campaign.
