Congratulations to Josh Wilber and Kevin Konyn on your 2025 promotions!
Josh has been managing KL’s traffic data collection team for the past 6 years. He has also served on our survey and construction inspection teams during his 22 years at KL. He is now a Senior Technician IV in our Design Support Services team.
Kevin is nearing his 6th year at KL. He works on our Construction Services team and has been promoted to Technician III. He takes pride in his work and has gained valuable experience working in the field on a variety of projects.
