2025 – Golden Shovel Award

This year, KL’s Kim Lobdell was presented with a Golden Shovel Award at the 2025 WisDOT Annual DBE Workshop. The award recognizes Kim’s remarkable efforts to promote women in the engineering field, and her endeavors to build a successful DBE business during her career. KL’s Scott Cramer was in attendance and accepted the award on Kim’s behalf.
