2023 Golden Shovel Award

KL’s Kim Lobdell was presented with a “Susan Cronin Vanguard Award” at WisDOT’s 37th Annual Secretary’s Golden Shovel Awards ceremony. The award recognizes Kim’s remarkable efforts as a woman pioneer who built a successful DBE business and her endeavors to promote women in the engineering field. KL’s Scott Cramer was in attendance and accepted the award on Kim’s behalf.
