We are thrilled to announce that KL Engineering was honored with a 2023 Engineering Achievement Award for the WIS 26 Interchange project in the City of Janesville by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Wisconsin Section. The project doubled the traffic capacity of I-39/90 from US 14 to Kennedy Road, improved corridor service levels, enhanced safety, expanded multimodal facilities, and increased connectivity for the well-being of people and communities now and in the future.
Our very own Brad Halvensleben presented the project at the ASCE Wisconsin Annual Meeting and later accepted the award along with colleagues Dan Ryan and Kyle Thompson.
