KL Engineering’s Ryan Schanhofer and Scott Cramer are wrapping up at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) National Convention in Washington DC today. KL’s North Fish Hatchery Road Reconstruction project for the City of Fitchburg recently earned a “National Recognition Award” in the ACEC 2023 Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) competition, the Academy Awards of the engineering industry. The project qualified to be considered for the national award, a prestigious distinction honoring projects that demonstrate exceptional engineering excellence after receiving a 2023 Engineering Excellence “Best of State” award from ACEC Wisconsin in April.
