KL Engineering is pleased to announce a new leadership structure effective January 1, 2022. Ryan Schanhofer, PE has been promoted to President of KL Engineering and will lead the development of the firm moving forward.
Kim Lobdell, PE will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, continuing to be responsible for overall firm management, leadership initiatives, and strategic development.
Scott Cramer will continue as Chief Operating Officer, leading alongside Ryan.
Ryan and Scott bring many years of invaluable engineering, operational, and institutional knowledge and experience, providing a solid foundation of leadership for our continued success and growth.
In these respective roles, we will continue to partner together to direct and manage day-to-day operations, business development, talent development, teaming opportunities, and design and construction management. Teaming with our other KL leaders and our collective team of talented employees, we are excited to work together in these new roles to grow and maintain our commitment to our employees and clients as a trusted and respected transportation engineering partner.
