Welcome Jared Baltes

Jared Baltes is our new full time Traffic Engineer in the Madison office. He recently graduated from UW-Platteville’s Civil Engineering program with an emphasis in Transportation and Construction. Being a Middleton (WI) native, Jared grew up during the boom of that community and became fascinated in Civil Engineering as he watched the town grow. In his spare time, Jared enjoys spending time with friends and playing basketball and golf. Welcome to our KL Family!
