Cindy Morel, an Administrative Assistant on our Opperations team in our Madison Office, is celebrating 10 years with KL Engineering this year. We asked how she feels about this milestone, and she said:
“I can’t believe it’s been 10 years. Working at KL Engineering has been a genuinely rewarding experience for me. I really appreciate that it’s a company that is community-oriented and family friendly. The leadership is very supportive and I feel like they truly invest in their employees’ growth and well-being. Plus, the company has some fantastic resources and assets that make it a great place to innovate and collaborate. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about being part of this team!”
