The first of the year marked a milestone anniversary for KL Engineering’s Andrew Lobdell. Andrew has been on the team for 15 years! When asked about his time with us, he shared:
“I think what’s made my 15 years at KL so meaningful are the relationships with my coworkers. I’ve known many of them most of my life, long before I started working at KL, and being able to continue and grow those relationships has been special. Having grown up around KL Engineering I genuinely look at the KL family as part of my actual family and care about the well being of all my coworkers. I also have found it very meaningful to work for the company my mom started, to be able to follow in her footsteps was sort of an unexpected turn in my life and it’s been wonderful to work for her. There’s a lot of pride in trying to live up to the expectations that come with being ‘Kim Lobdell’s son.'”
