This week is Construction Appreciation Week! Our construction teams are working day and night throughout peak construction season to execute excellence at every opportunity. This requires collaboration, trust, and flexibility. Jesse Schreiner, one of our Senior Project Leaders for Construction Services, says this summer has been a true testament to what our teams can do. “This summer, it’s been great getting our Pewaukee and Madison staff on the same jobs—sharing approaches, learning new tricks, and building trust as we deliver across southern Wisconsin.”
Jesse also shared that his teams are building trust in one another. “Working long hours, including day- and night-time, across multiple projects has really strengthened our team’s resolve and trust. Delivering consistently at a high level truly takes a team effort.”
